very clean,good food,excellent animacion,good size of pool....-that was a super holiday in this hotel for our family!

It is simply impossible in the first trace to find the hotel! Map give no informacion how to drive in.We spend 2 hours searching!!!

nice place with lovely employees on service from staff. nice and immaculate rooms with a fabulous view of lake.

We had a canny time, like. The pools were lush, and the indoor one was a proper treat. The only downside was the food wasn’t up to much, could do with a bit more variety. But overall, a pleasant stay!

Charming, fairly clean hotel with wonderful and amazing staff and a piano bar. Luxury room, lovely bed, fantastic breakfast! Breakfast with desserts, sausage and also meat. Fantastic overall experience...

Really enjoyed this affordable hotel: perfect food and fast staff. The room was modern, with safe and amazing views of the lake. The bed was comfy and there were a terrace, a sofa and a safe. The location was great and beautiful - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. We ate at the a la carte restaurant near the property.

The swimming pools are clean and wonderfully child-friendly. No stupid swimming hats required! The surroundings are well-kept, accessible environment for us seniors to navigate without hassle.

More accessible seating areas would be appreciated.

Drinking water should be provided daily for free inside the rooms ... It's available out side the room !! why not inside?

They gave us small room not large enough despite we are family of 4 and answer was we were suppose you are only 2 and there is no large room available for that period.When I filled request I remember I gave to you all necessary details.Best regards Dean Peric

Families will love it

The animation team was a highlight, always keeping things lively and the variety in food catered to everyone.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still worth it.

We like it very much. It is located in a quiet area ideal for families. Many activities for childen, swimming pools, playing areas.The staff was very helpful.

Bus not available in the "siesta" - took taxi instead

Enjoyed the family's pool options and great kids' club activities. The reception area is far from the rooms, inconvenient.

We liked the food and the swimming pools. The coffee from the machines was nice. The room size was fine and we liked that the children's extra beds were free.

The gym & swimming pool did not open until 0900 (no pre-breakfast excercise possible). All-inclusive wrist band is annoying. The tennis courts were not free (this was not clear when we were booking), and the pool table cost was prohibitive. No table tennis available. We didn't like the plastic cups for all-inclusive drinks. Our appartment (2504) has birds nests above it and the birds mess outside was horrible and was only cleaned after we asked. Also this meant that we could not sit outside our appartment.

New-fashioned rooms complete with kettle for tea, bathtub and pull-out sofa, very pleasant staff.
